Monique R. Bell- Founder, Managing Director- Samaritan Hospitality LLC -Ms. Bell, is a software and hardware engineer over with over 25 years of technology and management experience. Ms. Bell brings technology and programming to Samaritan with the development of an application specifically designed for the hospitality industry. Ms. Bell served as the youngest President and CEO for HKC Computer Networking Co. located in Long Branch, New Jersey. Ms. Bell is a certified Microsoft product engineer. Ms. Bell’s real estate experience is in property management, acquired through ownership and management of family-owned facilities over the last 30 years. She is currently working toward her law degree in Arizona.

Patrick Hymes- CEO, Managing Director

Mr. Hymes is a former paraprofessional and counsellor. He relocated from North Carolina to manage and direct the operations of CA Short Term Home Rentals. Mr. Hymes has over 20 years in management expertise working within the group home setting. His vision is to expand the company to 4 neighboring states by capitalizing on the rich history and experience of our founder.
